The suspended air-driven orchard sprayer is suitable for tractor use. It is connected to the rear suspension of the tractor for suspended operation. The PTO drive shaft drives the spray pump and fog fan to work at the same time. The simple suspension method enhances operability and passability, and the simple mechanical transmission allows the driver to operate easily and independently. When the machine is moving, under the joint action of the medium-pressure fan and the high-pressure chemical pump, the liquid is evenly atomized, and the mist droplets are extremely fine. With the help of strong and soft air flow, the liquid is quickly attached to the front and back of the inner and outer branches and leaves, saving time. Water saving medicine can reach 10-55%.
This machine is designed to work in a fan shape. Driven by high-pressure airflow, it forms a 270° fan-shaped continuous atomization work zone to ensure that no dead corners are left after the orchard is sprayed. The spraying area can reach more than 20 acres per hour. It adopts a wide Leaf fan, stable wind pressure, large air volume, good penetration, and will not damage the fruits. The spray device is matched with a high-quality plunger pump to ensure uniform pressure, and the main components can operate for 1,000 hours without failure. The angle of the nozzle is adjustable and controlled in sections. Each section can be opened or closed at will, spraying on one side or at a fixed point. This machine is suitable for efficient spraying in orchards; such as apples, jujube trees, bananas, citrus, pear trees, etc.
