Flexitank Vehicle-Mounted Water Bag
Vehicle-mounted flexitanks can be used on high-rail trucks or containers of different sizes. They can package and transport various non-hazardous liquids. Vehicle-mounted flexitanks completely replace tanks, iron drums, IBC drums, and containers.
In terms of transportation, vehicle-mounted flexitanks have the advantages of safety, speed, low transportation cost, and high load rate, which greatly reduce customers' packaging, storage and transportation costs.
The valve for the liquid in and out of the vehicle-mounted liquid bag is fixed on the flange. Its high-security design effectively avoids leakage problems in the connection between the valve and the liquid bag during transportation.
The inner layer of the product is made of pure polyethylene material, which is safe and reliable, and there is a protective layer made of high-tech polypropylene fiber material outside the inner layer material to ensure firm protection of the goods during transportation. On the outermost layer of the product, there is a high-strength latitudinal reinforcement bar at a certain distance for multi-layer reinforcement.
The product is equipped with an automatic exhaust valve, which automatically releases the pressure when the air pressure in the liquid bag exceeds 0.0065 MPa, ensuring the safety of the goods during transportation.

A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the small samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

A: Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end:
a. All raw material we used are passed the strength test.
b. Skillful workers care every detail in sewing, printing, stitching, packing process;
c. Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
6. Q: Can your factory print my logo on the goods?
A: Yes, we can print the customers’ logo on the goods or their packing box.
We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customers' picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.
